Flexible financing, no upfront investment
Our long-term Pay-per-Use model delivers Interior as a Service, tailored to your needs. Instead of traditional ownership, you pay only for what you use, preserving capital and reducing costs. We leverage market expertise to ensure optimal sourcing, while extended product lifecycles create additional value. Contracts typically run 5 to 7 years, with options to extend or renew.
Our Circular Interior Services include Interior Management, Tracking and Reporting, Service and Maintenance, and Life Cycle Management, reducing overhead and simplifying operations. During your contract, you can adjust up to 5% of your collection. Scale, downsize, or redesign with ease as your needs evolve.

From the first step, selecting the right circular furniture, to a modern design process combining experience and technology, we ensure everything runs smoothly. We manage delivery and hassle-free installation of your complete workspace.
Our support continues beyond installation with dedicated aftercare, including repair and maintenance. Every stage, from delivery to return, is arranged throughout the contract, ensuring your workspace remains fully supported at all times.
Track and manage your interior assets
With the Incradible collection, you choose a smarter way to manage your interior. Our Interior Management Dashboard makes this possible. Each item is equipped with an RFID chip and QR code, functioning as a digital passport with product, material, ESG data, and manuals. Instantly access information via your smartphone or Smart Terminal.
Track items in real time, making it easy to move, exchange, or allocate internally. Managing and maintaining your workspace becomes effortless, ensuring it remains circular and well cared for. Reordering or adding new pieces takes only a few clicks.
Transparent sustainability and lifecycle data
Workspace furniture and interior elements contribute to Scope 3 Carbon emissions, but also offer clear opportunities for reduction. With our Interior Management Dashboard, tracking and reporting environmental impact becomes straightforward. RFID technology ensures all relevant data is accessible, supporting ESG reporting with real insights. Each item includes a Digital Circular Passport with lifecycle data. This transparent system makes circularity visible, measurable, and actionable within your workspace, supporting better decisions and continuous improvement over time.
Long-term value through resuse and refurbishment
Because Incradible retains ownership of all furniture and interior elements, we take responsibility throughout the entire lifecycle. From carefully selected partners and sustainable materials to durable, repairable design, every piece is truly circular. Through refurbishment and reuse, items gain multiple lifecycles, extending use to 15–20 years. When no longer needed, products are redeployed or responsibly processed. Each item is ultimately recycled in line with Cradle to Cradle principles, ensuring maximum value retention and minimal environmental impact.

What makes us different from traditional office furniture suppliers?
Incradible works fully circular with a pay-per-use model. We remain the owner of the furniture, extend its lifespan through maintenance and refurbishing, and recycle everything at the end of the cycle. This means no depreciation, no waste, and always a future-fit interior.
How does the pay-per-use model work exactly?
You only pay for use instead of purchase. Contracts usually run from 5–10 years. During the first 5 years of your contract, you can adjust up to 5% of your collection, scale up, scale down, or redesign. This way you maintain financial flexibility without large investments.
What are the financial benefits of this model?
Because you don’t need to make large upfront purchases, you keep working capital available for your core business. Incradible also sources at competitive rates, so you benefit from better prices and longer product lifespans. The result: lower total costs and reduced overheads.
What happens at the end of the furniture’s lifecycle?
Furniture is given multiple lives through refurbishment and reuse. When it truly reaches the end of its cycle, every component is fully recycled into circular raw materials. Nothing is wasted.
How do we support sustainability and reporting?
Each piece of furniture has a Digital Circular Passport containing data on materials, CO₂ impact, and origin. Through the Interior Management Dashboard, you gain direct insights into your ESG and CSRD reporting. This makes documenting your CO₂ savings simple and credible.
How much choice do I have in furniture and interior elements?
The Incradible Collection includes around 250 furniture and interior elements, developed in collaboration with leading brands and designers. Every piece is selected for quality, timeless design, and circularity.
